Recommendedgreat customer service, good food, ample parking & a nice indoor pool
We will never stay at this Hotel ever again, simply dont care about there guest. We stayed over the weekend and when we came back in the evening asked for extract towels for our son and my wife and I and were told they only provide 2 towels . The African American lady that was checking out this morning guest at 7am was very rude to us and said this Hotels Policy is to NOT give 2nd towels. RecommendedThis property was very comfortable and the folks there took great care of me for a week long stay.
I would not recommend this hotel due to how the General Manager treated me in the situation about my room. We reserved a room with two queen beds... I received a queen, and a pull out couch. We were there way earlier than most other people and they still could do do right of the situation. A gentleman that checked in right after me complained about the same issue and, she took care of it. I did not yell or scream, but I was irritated obviously. I want to share my experience with the Holiday Inn Rock Hill, the manager Wendy Socias, and the IHG guest relations department for the sake that no one else has to suffer being wrongfully accused, and $250 stolen from with no actual evidence. RecommendedWe had an amazing stay! Treated like royalty from the time we arrived! Wendy at the front desk made it a fantastic stay! Room was clean, big, bed was awesome, pillows were the best, and the frameless shower was huge! We WILL BE BACK!!
