Very clean place, attentive and friendly staff.
The entire place smelled like urine. Except the front desk... It smelled like coffee and urine. From the entry way all the way up to 3 floor.
This place is beautiful!! Very clean!! Would recommend and use again!!! Staff is very nice and helpful!!!
Nice place. Stayed here two nights. One on my way down to Florida. The other on the way back up. I would recommend it.
awful customer service. you would think with all the GLOWING reviews for this hotel, PLUS the extremely high price that customer service would be the very least expected. I was ignored at front desk, the telephone did not work in my room, the shuttle driver drove like he was in a race, tossed us around like rag dolls. Even though signs are posted directing you to VENDING, there are no machines but you can buy from the "store" at the front desk.... $2.50 for a small bottle of soda. Allison was really nice and professional. Beautiful hotel, needs a indoor hot tub. Nice indoor pool.
