Wanted to say thank you to the amazing staff working this weekend at the hotel! They were so accommodating and generous! I am almost 9 months pregnant and needed a stool to sit on during a wedding show and Shannon carried a stool for me all the way to our booth. I highly recommend their services!
How does a hotel this nice not have an indoor pool? It only had an outdoor one and I'm sure people stay here during other seasons besides summer
Free WiFi didn't work in our room. Couldn't connect at all. We left at 7:15 in the morning for our event and when we got back at 4 our room still hadn't been cleaned. The excuse was they had a lot of guests is ridiculous as these guests booked over a month ago so you should have had the staff scheduled that was needed. I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel has impeccable standards and a new staff that is committed to takeing service to a whole new level when it comes to your culinary and comfort needs check it out ....you won't be disappointed
