They did a great job handling our event staff was gracious and professional.
Bad customer service. I travel around the world this is the worst. Nothing upon request. Wrong wake up call. Argue with you even they wake u up wrong time!!!
I stayed for a wedding, had a baby sitter for the kids in room asked for a crib when room was booked never got one, kept asking. found a bed bug, night shift "Luis" was not wanting to hear anything, walked stairway #4 level3. Has bucket with water leaking in it.. you hear a toilet flush and water came pouring down. Bar closed at 1. All bathrooms where Locked near bar and outside patio area. Had go go to my room on 6th floor
The place looked really nice both inside sand out. There were ample amenities. Large outdoor pool in the center court yard and multiple gyms & business centers. They charged me ten bucks for breakfast. IHG hotels almost always have free breakfast.
Are you kidding me with these prices?seriously. Can go to sthrallen on east ave.get a suite. You want 4 for parking. That's why this hotel changes every few years.
