We stayed for our church conference in July 2018, four very hot days. The hotel staff were very excellent and very understanding. Excellent food and service. The AC was good and the rooms were perfectly cool even though it was very hot outside. My brother had 18 month twin babies who were perfectly provided with the necessities.

It's April 24 and the heat is still the only option. No air conditioning is available. No fans are available either. You can not open the window either.
We had a great meeting at the HI Rochester! The hotel showed first class, better than expected and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Banquet Manager Dave Staples is one of the best to work with. He is all about the clients needs.
Everything met or exceeded my expectations. I hope to return annually.
