Me encanta el hotel todos los años voy para el festival PR y es de lo mejor limpio con bar y cerca de todo buen servicio en verdad q me encanta
All the employees were wonderful!. Kelly at the front desk as well as the manager Joanne both went out of their way to give me things to do and places to go thru the week. Very nice place!

Our room was never cleaned. Dirty towels, someone else's hair still all over the shower and dirty pillow cases. Complained to both the night and morning manager and all I received was a annoyed " sorry about that." Was never even offered freaking replacement towels. There's a reason I don't book Holiday Inn and this location reminded me why. Never again! Based on location, you are right downtown and about 10-15 minutes from most places. Otherwise an absolute no go from me and I'll be sure to deter friends and family away too... read more
The ballroom decorations were absolutely beautiful for Gloria Brooks' retirement party. The food was so delicious especially the vegetable dishes were so fresh! The service was wonderful!!! Keep up the good work.
