I booked 5 rooms for out of town guests and it was bad, no air conditioning through out the whole hotel, windows don’t open, the rooms are moldy and they also have a roach problem, never again. The GM said they would refund the room but Priceline would have to call, we went through the process but they refused to refund rooms, never again stay here !
Horrible experience. Booked through hotels.com. No air conditioning as HVAC was not working per notes at front desk. Did not sleep at all as temperatures were 80 degrees in room. After conversation with front desk promised 50% discount, they provided $20 credit after spending 30 minutes on phone as Hotels.com tried dealing with this property. Avoid this hotel.
hotel in downtown rochester ,newly remodeled rooms ,great pleasant staff ,however not much to do here in downtown rochester no restaurants in walking distance were open,no one walking and a neighborhood in need of a big urban upgrade,lot’s of vacant buildings,.we asked a local where to go they said to drive a mile or 2 out of the city….,with no car this was not an option… So if you go ,the hotel was great as were all the staff ,but bring your survival kits…ps we were here ove… See more
I cannot stop raving about the Holiday Inn Downtown. From the very first email I received after inquiring to the day after our wedding- they were very responsive, flexible and amazing. Shannon, who gives you her all and doubles as your event coordinator- responded to all of my emails throughout, within hours, sometimes minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of her. No order. For hours, there have been about 8 kids playing hide & seek on multiple floors, running & yelling down the halls. Calls were made to the front desk, but these kids never stopped. At one point, these kids were even running around the lobby. The room was nice & the stay could have been great, but it felt like they're afraid to address unruly guests.
Very friendly staff rooms are great. No issues. They let us check in at 5:30 in the morning not 3 in the afternoon with no extra charge😄
Beautiful downtown hotel with the most talented staff and spacious banquet facilities and restaurant
So far, so good! Very pleased with the staff and accommodations!
