The rooms are OK and the breakfast is not bad, but the place is appallingly badly organised, with confusion over room bookings turning the stay into a minor nightmare.
The room was very clean (most important part of a hotel stay, to me). The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. Room service was great and food tastey. Beyond this, every staff member we encountered was courteous, happy and friendly. Also, for the price, you really can't beat it. Thanks, Holiday Inn, for making a last minute stay, a great experience.
I've work here for years, and it keeps heat in the house and food on the table.
