Great reception.. horrible Front Desk service and wedding coordinator was not on her game. Wedding was on 8/1/2015....I have to give a 4 out of 5 stars for the Reception as far as how smoothly the reception went and how beautiful the set up was by Banquet staff. (Russell) However, everything leading up to the event and after the reception I can't give a negative number so i will say 1 out of 5 stars. I loved it here. Comfy beds, nice view, great staff, great amenities! Love, love, loved it!!
Needs a facelift! Staff is friendly but keys were inactivated daily and was constantly locked out of my room. The street noise is distracting at night and when I turned the air conditioning on heat came out. Was told it would be fixed but never was. There are also no restaurants close by other than the one in the hotel and no pharmacies or convenience stores. If my company ever suggests putting me up here again I'll pay for my own hotel!
Staff was amazing and food was ok. We were there for a wedding 8-2-14. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate all the little things people kept asking for. Children were not allowed at the wedding, and I nurse. The staff was very accommodating on setting me up with a room to be comfortable in and for privacy so I could pump! I was very happy with that.
