The room was clean but had a bug climbing the wall, tv goes in and out. Front desk staff was not very friendly. They didnt have any shuttles to any attractions even though the website said they did along with a continental breakfast. Nothing. Not a good hotel for what you pay. Not satisfied at all.

The hotel is a bit dated, but we had a good experience overall. Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle service to the airport was on time and convenient!
We got in early as we were getting off a cruise. Our room was not ready so we went out and explored for a while. We came back a few minutes before check in and there were several people being checked in. We were told our room was not ready. 15 minutes after check in we were finally able to get into our room. We walked in and it had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, trash and dirty towels. We went down to the front desk to complain. They acted like we did something wrong.
