Pillows are old and bumpy the pillows and sheets smell dirty. We use to stay at Marriott here this place is what the name is Hotel Motel Holiday Inn. Another loss of benefits moving us to this low end place. Thanks to all who were involved.

The first room I was given had black mold on the walls near the bed. Second room I was given had previous person pubic hair on the comforter, broken furniture and mold in the A/C unit! I'd never stay here ever again. And I am a Holiday Inn fan.... Not here

Was excellent but I wish they have more transport to the premium outlets . And more choice for breakfast you pay lots of money and the staff watch you when you eat we was a bit upset . But Will come back soon ✈️✈️ But Fort Lauderdale was 7 star lovely staff and the breakfast area are excellent and the staff was excellent . Great customer service
