The Holiday Inn Staff in what they call a restaurant need to go to hospitality school. We had to keep asking for food and such that had run out, plates and cutlery that also had run out or was not available, porridge made on water, two cereal options full of sugar and one was wrapped chocolate cereal, and ham rather than bacon. I've never been to any hotel in my life where you charge extra money for your guest to park! Am I supposed to walk?? I was never notified when I booked the room months ago. Very poor customer service, and I did not feel welcomed at all after a long day of traveling.
