I attended a one day workshop there but did not stay overnight in a room. The facilities were very nice. My only complaint was that I wanted to buy a lite lunch from their snack bar but it was closed down. I bought my lunch from their restaurant there, which was more expensive but the food was good and the waitress was especially nice and attentive. (Don't remember her name but she had short blonde hair).
So after a super long day traveling to get here and the hotel is overbooked. The pursers at the front desk have an Airline CAPTAIN standing there waiting to get a room for the past 45 min. at least. One of the pursers offer to check me in and very quickly gave me a key and there you go ..... I go up to my room and guess what??? I have a roomie... get back to the desk to explain the purser that I shouldn't have one according to my arrangement confirmation and as I'm pulling out my paperwork.... this woman replied "oh, this is... read more
Excellent hotel , friendly staff, great location .
Very nice hotel. Staff was wonderful and very pleasant. The service was excellent at the Lounge and She did an excellent job serving and waiting on tables. We will definitely go back again.
Nice friendly staff. The gentlemen that picked me up from the airport was very friendly. He helped me with my luggage. He opened the door for me and made me feel very welcomed. I don't know if it was the fact that I was the only one he picked up from airport at that time.(Hope it's just his warm hospitality across the boarder). If you plan to stay in this hotel. Carefully!! They maybe double charge if you pay in cash, the staff will not give you receipts (on purpose, because we will leave tomorrow?)and pay with your credit card again. They deny their behavior. It's not honest hotel.
