The waitstaff were excellent. The food as well was excellent. Thank you and Avon thanks you
So far it’s awful. Supposed to call me for early check in when a room was ready ! Nope. No call. 6 people at the check in counter. Can’t check in more than one at a time. Guess that’s why the place is so expensive. Paying employees to stand around and watch customers wait. Pay to park your car. Love Holiday Inn Express but not happy here!! Pay more and have lousy service and less amenities at Holiday Inn.

The staff is awesome! The hotel is a mess right now because it’s getting renovated! But the staff just keeps smiling and they are great! It looks like the hotel will be awesome when done! I will be back to enjoy the staff and the new atmosphere! It’s hard on all of them! Please be patient!
