For an overnight stay this hotel was excellent. Wonderful service and the room was spacious and comfortable. Having been at the Atlantis in the Bahamas the week before the staff there could learn a lot about public service from this Holiday Inn
The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy! When we walked into the hotel we were blown away at how nice it was. Breakfast cost us almost $40 for 2 people, but besides that it was a great experience. Will not hesitate to stay there again.
We have only good words to say about our experience at this hotel. We arrived late after a 9 hour flight became a 13 hour flight and were met by a very friendly front desk. Good check in, great room on the 7th floor and the cleanliness was top class. Really comfortable bed. Friendly staff everywhere. A great bar. Really loved the place and would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location for the airport too. Can’t really fault anything about it.
I have never received such appalling service from a Holiday Inn (Orlando International Airport) and then IHG who are now completely ignoring my emails! They have charged me twice for my stay and are completely denying this despite me providing bank statements (apparently this is not enough proof) - I will NEVER book with IHG group again. Unorganized, Unprofessional and Ignorant - AVOID!!!
Very poor in customer service...front desk are not helpful specially to crew members. They are only nice to their guest. I don’t think they treat us like how they treat other guest, feels like there’s a racial differences in here...just saying!
