They are renovating this hotel I think it will be great when it's all done. I have a lovely room on 7th flr very nice, great location!

Our experience here has been great. Our newly renovated room was very nice. There is however some improvements that need to be made. Our TV kept messing up(they did send someone to fix it), there was no microwave or refrigerator, and our water wasn't very hot. All the workers/staff were very friendly. The manager even came out while we were at the pool and introduced himself to us and ask if needed anything. The driver was very nice as well. Well, it would have been a great hotel if it weren’t for the utter and complete failure of the day staff to do their job. So nice to arrive at 0030 AFTER calling to verify the reservations that day AND inform them that I would be arrive late, only to find out that my reservation was canceled. No one called me. No one left a voicemail. No one emailed me. So now, I have two kids sacked out in a lobby and no clue when they’ll get to bed, IF they’ll get to bed, all because some manager couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Best ... read more

Trac n I stay here when we have later flights. This hotel is very clean. The rooms are beautiful. The price is very reasonable!! Their breakfast is one of the largest in choices that I have seen. The staff are friendly!!! This is my choice hotel when in the Orlando area.

Very impressed. We came to Orlando from Sarasota to avoid hurricane Irma. To ensure everyone is cared for they have a three meal plan laid out. We were hoping there would be breakfast but then blown away with the other meals that were very tasty as well. The staff has been fantastic. A++ and thank you for helping keep my family safe!!

By far the worst hotel I've been to. Don't waste your money here. Everything was HORRIBLE. The building is under construction. The continental breakfast was awful. The parking is awful, there's no way of knowing where to park because they have everything blocked off. The pool and jacuzzi area is awful and we had to clean it ourselves along with another couple. The Tv didn't work the entire time we were there. They wouldn't give us a receipt for ANYTHING. Also, housekeeping never made our beds or gave us any clean towels. The... read more
