I was messed about so much with the useless booking centre took 5 hours to get settled finally at my 3rd hotel in Leicester
Really friendly staff, & catered brilliantly for our rottweiler, even came to say goodbye to him in the car. Great service.
What a wonderful holiday inn. Rooms are clean and well kept. Parking is ample and all free. Beds are super comfortable. Really good air conditioning. Really tasty breakfast and good section - finally a place that knows how to cook scrambled eggs! Totally recommend staying here!
