Holiday is great . Our salesman Dale is amazing!! Everyone in the service dept is also great!! Customer service is above and beyond!! What I am not happy about is we have a 2025 GMC 1500 that had a mfg recall to replace the entire rear end . We have 6000 miles on the truck!! Is this our last GMC?
Just had a great experirnce with our purchase from our salesman Kyle. in and out in under 2 hrs. Tyler our finance guy was awesome. both explained evrything extremely well. will be coming back when i need a different truck in the future.
I have tried calling for service for the new Sierra I purchased at Holiday GMC several times on separate occasions. They transfer me to the service department, then that person transfers me to someone else which goes to voicemail. I leave a message. Nobody ever calls back. Won’t see me again.
Bought a Nissan Altima a little over a year ago and I've had nothing but problems with the car. The car was already overpriced for how many miles were on it for a 2016 then Immediately after the 90 day warranty the car started having transmission problems. Misfiring, taking higher RPMs 4,000 to go as low as 30mph sometimes struggled to even get on highway, car randomly turning off soon after starting it (in the middle of traffic), delayed acceleration. Came into parts today to purchase new brakes and rotors. Place was crazy busy. Andrew went above and beyond to help me out and get me on my way in a timely manner. He surly represents the holiday blue. Great Job Andrew!!
