I would like to give a special mention to Kerry, Sales Progression Manager. She worked tirelessly to get us through the sale process, to smooth out bumps in the road, and to make our sale happen according to the timetable that we needed. On top of that, she was a pleasure to deal with, always friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.
I had a very disappointing experience with Hodsons regarding a property to buy. I first contacted them to arrange a viewing, which they refused, telling me the property was already “sold” — even though only an offer had been accepted and the listing was initially posted 2 weeks ago and still live. I then tried to make an offer of £390,000 on a property listed at £375,000. This was a higher and serious offer, yet the agent denied passing it on, which is illegal under the Estate Agents Act. We cannot fault the way in which Hodsons managed the sale of our home. Phil was amazing!
