Very Disreputable Company, In February 2020 we purchased a fireplace log set from Hocon Gas ( Gary was salesman). Project was a nightmare from day one. Installers were unlicensed, unprofessional, showed up late, did shoddy work and left a mess. Original log set was inoperable and had to be replaced. Replacement set was used once or twice before spring came. Tried to light log set in the fall and did not work (December 2020). Once you were able to get started, everything went smoothly, James was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He also got my propane delivered 2 days after he connected the the tanks to the generator. Thank you ********* As a new customer, I am happy with your service.

We had a service call on our gas fireplace. Jake was on time and did an excellent job cleaning and replacing a part. After Jake left we determined that the fan did not work. We called and the next day Tony came and spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. We are happy to say our fireplace now works great and we appreciate Holcon’s exceptional service.

We have used Hocon for the past 37 years since we moved to *******. They have always been wonderful with their service. We have 3 large propane tanks for our generator and gas fireplace. All of the employees that we have dealt with over the phone and in person have been great. One tech in particular went above and beyond with the issue we had with our fireplace. Hocon sent Lou! I am a new Hocon customer. Tom and Alex did a superb job running the lines. They were careful, polite, and professional, installed with great workmanship, stayed calm despite my worry, and put safety first; they also cleaned up behind the work. We have used Hocon for the past 6 years and have never been disappointed with service, product or prices. We use them for propane delivery and propane fireplace services. Rich O was just here for our fireplace service. He is very friendly, helpful, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. We look forward to future services with Hocon Gas and Rich O.

We hired Holcon to replace a 15 yr old electric 80 gallon water heater with a Navien tankless on demand propane water header. We did not have propane. Scott came out to survey matters and recommended a location for the tank; he took photos of the existing water heater and plumbing. We received a quote in about a week. We went down to their office and met with Kevin the branch manager who showed us the two brands they sell and based on his recommendation we went with Navien. My fireplace, which Hocon installed 3 years ago, was not working. A repair man from Hocon came out and found a good deal of RUST on the pipes. He cleaned it up and it is now working fine. I hope that Hocon has a warranty on their equipment. Yes
