The guys were perfectly nice to talk to, but they left a mess in the basement where they were working to install the propane lines. Rugs that had been on the floor were literally thrown in the bedroom down there. In the den downstairs, they had shoved the furniture against the wall and left it there. They should clean up before they leave. I should add that I called your office to complain. NO ONE has apologized.

Made a call to Hocon about 10 AM for a problem with my furnace. Kyle was at my home the same day at 1PM, found the problem right away and had it running within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable young man. Couldn't ask for better service.
I called for propane and Hocon was out here in less than 10 min!
I have been customer of Hocon Gas for the past 3 years. I am a regular payer and they constantly charged me leasing fee for my tank every month. I planned to switch to a new provider when I learnt they only charge the leasing fee once a year and I was paying like for a restaurant scale. Now the harrasment by Hocon not only ended there, but continued when swicthing service. My new provider gave disconnection notice to Hocon on 18th Sept that they can pick up the tank on 24th Sept after installation of the new tank from new pr... read more

I have been with Hocon about 7-8 years at the end of the season they delivered propane that we did not ask for and was told we would have to pay for it, last few years have been hard and have had to rely on heating assistance and told them we did not have the money for it, they didn't care, was sent multiple bills for it and collection agency, my wife called them about it and they said they were taking one of the tanks out( we have 2) so that they could get their propane that was in the tank back to cover what they delivered... read more
I had a portable generator installed. When I was giving it its monthly test, I inadvertently burned the hose. I called and asked for a replacement to be fitted. The replacement hose cost $69.00 but I was charged $100 for a service call, plus $150 for labor - which took less than ten minutes. The final bill came to a whopping $360.20! A complete rip-off! Charged when the problem was there tanks leaked gas, came out said tanks had to be replaced, there problem there equiptment, I was charged $100.00service $250.00 after hours, $350.00 total will never use this company again. beware a lot of other complaints on over charges

I am a customer of Hocon Gas through their provides LP ***** **** I had a problem this weekend with the Heating and Hot Water at home and called them for service. The response time was FANTASTIC! A manager called me almost immediately and explain the situation with my service. Within the hour, they sent a response team to my house.
