Shawn came out for service at my house when our heat was not working on a Saturday. He was very responsive, professional and did a great job. I was very thankful for Shawn's immediate response.

Excellent service. I was welcomed as a new customer with significant incentives to use their services and the Hocon team delivered as they said they would. The transition from my former supplier was seamless and I am not enjoying a propane supplier that is not gouging me on price. If you need a propane supplier, I highly recommend Hocon.

I have been a Hocon propane customer for almost 9 years now and have always been happy with their service. The delivery and service people have always been friendly and courteous. I recently switched to Hocon for my oil delivery as well, a new service for them, as they offered a discount and I am just as pleased with the oil delivery service.
I honestly have to admit that we were trying to sever our business with Hocon as they acquired ******** ****** ******** by ******** with whom we had just signed on to a month prior to the acquisition. We were disappointed in the rate increase because of our lower volume needs, as we only had a Jotul gas stove for our sunroom.
