We installed a propane fireplace from Hocon Gas, after a few ‘hiccups’ which we were frustrated with, Gary R******* from the Norwalk office rectified the project. He went above & beyond to make sure were were completely satisfied with everything! 5 stars***** to Gary! We definitely do business with them again.

I have been a customer of Hocon for 5 years. When I moved into my new home two propane tanks were installed to fuel a new generator. Never before having had any experience with propane, I can’t say enough about how helpful and informative AND patient this entire team has been...from installation to questions and guidance over the phone to service visits. Definitely deserve a five star rating!

Installation was seamless & tech was congenial, NEAT, & efficient. The office was not as good at updating with scheduling or next steps. I had to call a number of times to get information.
I recently moved and needed both a new tank and new lines run for the house. Hocon got me on their schedule, planned the new lines out with me, and got my heat working in the house before the cold! I really appreciate the effort this fall to get me up and running in such a short timeframe. Thanks guys!
