Popped into Hockley Jewellers yesterday, i was seen by Louise, she was amazing, the customer service was above & behond, nothing was too much trouble, but must mention all the staff, because whilst Louise was checking things out for me, obviously other staff was serviing other customers & the customer service was the same. If you need any jewelery go & pay them a visit, nothing is too much trouble & they will answer any questions & go through the aftercare if you have any querries
First time visiting the Jewellery Quarter to buy my wife a new set of rings, so being a fish out of water Sue graciously welcomed my wife and I and was patient with us as we discussed options and looked at different varieties. She explained all the different cuts of diamond and how they are graded which was educational. I was impressed with the service as a whole and the price was better than I was expecting also which is a nice bonus. Fantastic service – the staff are very polite and friendly. I brought in rings I had purchased from them and they kindly polished them for free. Really lovely people and excellent customer care. Highly recommend this jewellery shop!
Myself and my partner had an amazing experience picking our wedding rings with Sandra.The variety of rings in store is unbelievable and Sandra could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend Hockleys.
I was welcomed by Sandra as I stepped inside the store - she was incredibly friendly and assisted me by narrowing down a number of options for necklaces I was interested in. Helpful service and would recommend to anyone looking for a jewellery store in the Brum jewellery quarter. Ps. Sandra - I’ll be back for that latte one day soon!
