My very first experience of having acrylic nails; from start to finish the process was done expertly and efficiently, with every care provided to make sure all was ok. This was after some very good messaging communication regarding the length of my natural nails. I’ll definitely be visiting here regularly from now on! Thank you all so much! x
I was unhappy with my nails after they came off quickly and chipped but after messaging on Instagram the team were happy to offer a good solution.
Unprofessional experience, I got biab and a nail from the third day fell. Lots of chipping, wonky growth, those who do biab know this shouldn't be the case. My sister got gel colour and it peeled and chipped from the first week. At first I was told to fix the first nail which fell however then all of them got bad. I asked for a partial refund as I understand the time and effort went. Treated unprofessionally and slightly rudely Refer to photos, work is very unprofessional.
Absolutely love my nails. Always recommend this salon for beautifully done acrylic nails. 10/10.
