visited my neighbor in the orthopedic floor.... what a scary looking floor with huge plumbing pipes on the ceiling, dark as hell, depressing. Nurses station looks so disorganized. Neighbors bed was never made in 5 days he was there. this is in no way a criticism about staff who tried to be cordial as they looked so busy. They were so sweet and genuinely cared about my comfort and well being. It really meant the world to my family and I to be treated with such care during such a stressful time. How do you expect patients to be comfortable and recover when the rooms are 80 to 85 degrees. This is borderline patient abuse. Thank god for the nurses they are trying but this is ridiculous. Never again!!! This hospital has become a joke since Meridian took over.

RecommendedSeptember 2016 I had a horrible bike accident. I was rushed into the trauma center. I’ve never experienced anything like that day of the accident. I still talk about how impressed I was with the medical attention and treatment I received. When I was admitted to the hospital for a week, The care I received was amazing. I have not one negative thing to say. Thank you so much for all your hard work, care and attention. God bless all of the medical professionals! Amazing people❤️❤️❤️❤️
