This is the only hospital I will deliver my babies at. They are certified Baby Friendly by the WHO and UNICEF. Everyone in the maternity ward is so knowledgeable in the latest information on baby care. I left as a first time mom feeling confident. We moved 30 minutes away and I still chose this hospital and their midwives to deliver my second born.

What an appalling way to treat ER patients. Leaving an almost 90-year-old man in a bed in the hallway for 6 hours next to some other patient's spoiled food (which was never picked up and thrown away and there are bugs on the floor), ignoring patient requests for basic things like a visit to the bathroom or a sip of water, telling us the name of the assigned nurse right before she promptly went to lunch and never showed up? Sucede Que cuando me hice ciudadana me cambie el nombre y ella vino con el cuento de que tenía que declarar a mi bebé con el nombre que me dieron al nacer. Ahora el acta de nacimiento de mi bebé está mal y no se que hacer.
