Nov 19, 2018 I bought my wife into the same day surgery unit. I wanted to say a Huge Thank you to everyone in the same day unit. The intake personnel are the best. The nursing staff are the best of the best. They treated my wife like royalty. The entire surgical team individually introduced themselves to my wife and myself. Post OP and recovery totally over the top. Thank You to everyone! Special Thanks to my wife's Doctor, Dr. Abegail Whetstone!

The absolute worst! It’s a shame that this is the hospital in our area and our option for ER... actually very scary! Will never take my daughter there again. We had a nurse named Whitney who I think had no idea what day it was... she was awful. They were absolutely no help and did nothing for over two hours while rooms were empty and they talked in their nursing station as I paced back in fourth with my baby who was lethargic and unresponsive! What a joke this place is...

The head of security is a goon. He attempts to bully you into compliance by violating doctors order. They travel in packs . It’s obvious that they have done this before since they had their tactics don pat. The staff works on 12 hour shifts and are overworked, tired, and surly. The facility is a sexual playground where one man has impregnated both a mother and daughter all three are employees of this facility. I wouldn’t take my dog to this dump!

I had to take my 77 yr old father, who suffers from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer to the Emergency Room 4xs in a span of 5-6wks for fevers and seizures. It astonished me to see them put a cancer patient in the hallway and not even as much as to offer a mask. The nursing staff barely showed face and a clinical partner was a rare sighting. Going to the nurse's station was a joke, as it seemed that each visit...they all seem to look through you or magically grab a phone and don't have the courtesy to acknowledge you. This is a terrible hospital. PERIOD. My brother was admitted here and because they didn’t read his charts right the first time he went into a seizure and had to go back. Next, I had the displeasure of going to the emergency room and was treated terribly by a nurse who was extremely rude and even yelled at another patient who was crying in pain because she couldn’t take the pain anymore to lay in the position she was in. No one should have to go to the ER and be emotionally abused. I hope that girls mother sues.
