Horrible care in the emergency room Thursday evening. Sorry, nurses, that there were 4 of you and 36 patients. I'm sure every one of those people woke up that morning planning on spending the evening in the hallway, wearing a hospital gown, begging for a bedpan just to make your lives more difficult. I'm sure you were justified in scolding my 92 year old mother when she requested help going to the bathroom. How dare she think that she should be able to empty her bladder before going for a cat scan!
Once they FINALLY got to me I was more than satisfied because by the time they released me i must admit I felt a little better. The meds and shots needed time to work. That's not the staffs fault. However, I walked in at 10:02, within a half hour they took my vitals. I was not "treated" (x-ray, meds,shots)until after 2:30 am. That is disgusting. If you don't arrive with blood gushing and a body part in a zip lock bag you're basically ignored. When they zoom past you in the waiting areas they're cordial but it means nothing w... read more
