I was unfortunately in a motorcycle accident over the weekend and had to have a procedure on my kidney to stop the bleeding, every single person that i encountered from the nurses especially to the orderlies and doctors were outstanding caring and thorough, when your down and out it makes a huge difference when your surrounded by staff that says yes to all your needs,I highly recommend this hospital.

Friend in observation unit needs lumbar puncture. Today is day 3. Radiology seems too busy. She’s completely bedridden, lost use of her legs on Friday and in agony. Still no diagnosis, but needs lumbar puncture to confirm neurologist’s thoughts. Starting to loose faith in this hospital.

Had a wonderful 50 minute massage with Dolly and it was excellent! I’ve already booked her for my next massage. Professional, clean, relaxing atmosphere.

When my newborn son was transferred here I was out of my mind. Less than 24 hours after delivery, exhausted and just wanted my baby. The staff completely understood what I was going through. They were all caring and helpful. Keeping me updated every second my son was there in the NICU. I can say without a doubt, they saved my son's life.

What a total and complete joke! Before I even start talking about the awful journey that my family had with Hackensack, I wanted to point out the picture below posted on a desktop computer in my father's room. This is a blatant lie. I would have to say in the six weeks we have been here with my dad, paitent experiance was not even on this hospitals mind. About 95% of the doctors and nurses we had to deal with were scum and need to be trained on customer service and also how to communicate with each other. I have too many sto... read more

They could actually do their jobs. What is the point of affiliating yourself with Palisades if you cannot talk to one another and find a DOCTOR??? My husband has a bacterial infection. Palisades think the source is the hip replacement. So they tell him he needs to find an orthopedic surgeon to "wash it" or replace it. Apparently, no one knows their staff wants to touch the case. In the meantime, they keep giving antibiotics which are not helping and keeping him in the hospital while we have to do their job and find a doctor.... read more

My brother fell and broke his neck in two places and has bleeding on the brain. He is in the Surgical ICU unit. I am making ALL medical decisions for him long distance by telephone. I live in AR and I am unable to come there right now. I can not sing the praises of the care, concerns, medical attention and especially the NURSES that are helping him to get well. I am 100 percent confident that he is in the BEST HOSPITAL and has the BEST TEAM working with him and whoever else is on this Unit ! Jeff Garland , Manager of Surgica... read more
