unhappy, spent 9 hours in the ER last night saw the doctor twice for less than 2 minutes. nurse barely came when i called him. never answered my questions, never found out why i could barely breathe and had chest pains.. and then went to RWJ tonight.. in and out in 3 hours and found out was wrong and they were super busy. yet last night at Raritan Bay it isn’t busy.
go elsewhere....even if you have to drag yourself elsewhere....anywhere else but her.e I walked into the ER bc i was in pain.....sat for an hour....a nurse took my BP, temp and pulse....waited another hour....saw Dr marco propersi for under 5 mins. He told me i'd need a chest xray and or cat scan, but those tests would take 2-3 hours. I got up and left. Fast forward 2 weeks....they billed my insurance cc over $1500 for that visit and i got billed $153 for a copay. The reason? its "level 1 ER care" care??? what care?? called ... read more
RecommendedI have been a patient there. I have always been treated with respect. I do say when u need to go to the emergency room it can be a lengthy wait. So don’t go unless you need emergency care.
Dr. Martin Pollack. Is rude, accusing people of drug seeking when they know they suffer from cluster migraines Bedside manor was terrible, afraid to even go back! He is still on tonight. I need help. Tried my Neuro doctor & primary care they told me go there to get meds I do not have at home. Guess people have to suffer. I will be writing a letter as well to the hospice . This is completely unacceptable!
“We don’t care “ that the general trend in Hackensack university hospital . They don’t answer phone call or sending email . All the phone call go to answer machine and if you leave your contact they call you back after 3 days ! Pay attention to the patient's needs.........
This is the only hospital I will deliver my babies at. They are certified Baby Friendly by the WHO and UNICEF. Everyone in the maternity ward is so knowledgeable in the latest information on baby care. I left as a first time mom feeling confident. We moved 30 minutes away and I still chose this hospital and their midwives to deliver my second born.
