Really nice staff, great experience!
Be prepared when calling Urology to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. When I asked the agent at Urology if there had been an emergency that required such discourtesy, she cheerfully said no, that if wanted an appointment I would just have to put up with the wait until someone could answer. This doesn't say much for Hackensack's "great patient service" which I had to listen to for 33 minutes.

Sick of losing paying to get here on time and not being seen till an hour after my appointment - so done with Hackensack Meridian Health - I should bill them for my time lost from work.
Having our baby Wyatt in the NICU is one of the hardest things Stas Sergeyavich and I have ever had to do ... So thankful that he is in great hands at jersey shore medical center!! We love that he is under 24 hour watch with amazing nurses and doctors (aka his second family) that keep us updated all day long ... We especially love the fact that he has a baby camera on him so we can watch him at home �
