I’ve been sitting in a hallway for going on 3 hours now. Tripped on the sidewalk not 50 yards from my home at approx 5 pm. It’s 8 pm now, and all they’ve done is get my insurance information, because we know that’s most important. Meanwhile my wrist is severely broken, my face is bleeding, and I’m in pain. 10 out of 10. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT go here unless you are dying. On my 9th hour in the ER with an obstructed esophagus. Apparently they have one guy who can do this and I'm last after a long list of others. Very comforting. Oh. And let's not forget, it took them 3 hours to give me fluids because they brought them in and set me all up, and when I looked at my arm, they never put it in.

The nurses were great.l have the best Dr. Sanjeev N. Patel. They saved my live. Thank you all.
