After a trip to the ER , multiple tests and an overnight observation on 5 Green I would like to say thank you to all those who were kind to me, Dr. Islam, Zach, Chris, Minni ,Lesly, Vanessa and Harriet. You helped to make a most difficult time more bearable!

It is a great hospital. I recommend it highly for good health care!
Out for money, will not work with a payment plan. I was told they will send my bill to a collections agency. My insurance paid $15,000 and I was responsible for $2500. I wanted to send them $500 a month, I was told they do not do that. My wife was in for 5 days and each day I was charged for parking, I have never paid a hospital for parking. I can assure you I will not be going here next time. The care she received was good, but the supporting hospital administration could care less about anything less than the money. Please... read more
As an employee, do not send your love ones here. There is zero compassion toward people. If you not making this place money, they couldn't care less about your well being. Do yourself a favor and find another hospital.
The payment link you include in your mailed bills does not work. I then made a payment by credit card via the main site, credit card was charged and I received a confirmation with the right account etc, but no one seems to know where the money went and as expected, the hospital is quick to send warnings about overdue balance. This is ridiculous, especially since customer service confirmed that the payment system feature is disabled in MyChart. Then why include it on the bills?
