One of the nurses misgender me and asked if i had my surgery and get my private parts changed what kind if nurse will ask me this shit I don’t recommend coming here i am being discriminated and disrespected dont come here this is the last time i did ��� The place has gotten worse they only care about themselves and nobody else they r really bad service hope they get shut down?!
My 84 year old Mom was on Brennan, 4 for 9 days recently, after suffering a stroke and the nurses/doctors could not have been nicer. Each and every one, I wish I could remember all of their names, was better than the next. (Patty, Lacey, Mathew, and Melissa, to name a few). Mom had so many issues and each one was met with the right solution. They were kind, patient and empathetic. They kept my entire family, and that’s a BIG family, in the loop on every development. I applaud this entire unit. ���

I haven’t even had surgery yet it’s in two weeks. Billing department called they want the 10% I would owe them after my insurance pays them. Had to do a debit for 50% the of 10% a 1,000.00 debit amount. Because I didn’t want to give them the full amount they put you on a payment plan automatically. Had all my x-rays done last week. Went to Hackensack hospital for just blood work on Monday they wanted to retake all my x-rays and I said I had them all done and they said well we didn’t get the results I said will did you call t... read more
