Took my father here last night and the one nurse was rude. She attempted to get blood, but gave up after 3 attempts and then started questioning why I came there. The X-ray tech also started questioning me and asked how my father got there. After all this, my father had an accident and I told the nurse and she refused to help. I will be filing a complaint with the New Jersey Health and Human Services. The service was completely unacceptable!

I've been home sick from work since Thursday afternoon. I called Mazzocchi's office & spoke to someone, just asked to call me in a zpac. Never heard back. I called again Friday a.m. Spoke to someone, never heard back. Office closed at 12Noon. It's now Saturday - office is closed. Tomorrow - office is closed. If you're overwhelmed in the office with everyone coming in w/the flu, work overtime hours. I STILL haven't gotten a call back/zpac called in.
Very frustrating. I was told by the nurse that the last appointment taken on Saturday is 11:30 because the office closes at 12. Got there at 11:04 and the doors were already locked. Was seen by the doctor a couple weeks ago and still not feeling good. Was told I had to come in before doctor could give me another prescription so I tried coming in today and to my amazement the doors were closed. I was in the ER about a month ago with chest pains. The patient care from the nurses were horrible. The doctor ordered an injection for the pain. The nurse apparently injected me to close to my deltoid. I have been experiencing excruciating pain and numbness since then. I will NEVER visit nor recommend this hospital to anyone!😡
