the ER is understaffed , the bathrooms look disgusting, & the care isnt up to standards , but yet they charge our insurances sky rocket prices , & some of us gotta pay copyments as soon as we step foot in the hospital, i pay $100 outta pocket when i walk in the ER, i waited 3hours to finally get a bed then i get put in the hallway of the hospital, & have to wait 1 hr 1/2 to even see a nurse or a dr , very displeased with the way HUMC has became ,

The staff was very good to me they treated me well and a big bonus

ER is not systematic what's the use of Triage? Spent 16 hours for non life threatening case?...I will not give 2 stars or simply I'll keep my opinion to myself if don't hear a lot of complaints from other clients.

It's a big busy Medical Center with over 100 ER beds. You get to see the Doctor right away. Every hear of triage Well it's a category from worse to least worse. That's how It goes. If your bad the hospital personal is right there. If it's a small cut ask for treat and release. It's way back In the ER and it's just that treat and release. Your put into A category and from there you'll be examined accordingly. It's a great hospital, it's big but all compact into several areas. The front desk and volunteers are very good. 6hrs in ER for an allergic reaction poor set up . 1 ONE DR. In another area of hospital for none emergency. No one talks to you to tell you anything . 2nd time very disappointed in YOUR ER SYSTEM. . WILL BE GOING ELSE WHERE. .
