Dr. Stephens is the best pediatrician. I have been coming to her since my daughter was a newborn and she is now six. It is so hard these days to find a physician that actually truly cares and listens. She takes her time with you/your child and creates a treatment plan WITH you. When you’ve been laid up in the hospital after a c-section along with a spinal headache after calling 10x + waiting 10+minutes the majority of them calls, with NO answer. It’s a bit ridiculous. I called and left a message for a nurse because my son had thrown up. It was a Friday morning at 8:21am. I know sometimes they get busy and call after regular hours so I was patient and waited to hear back. He didn’t have a temperature or anything so I needed to know if we needed to bring him in or if they could send some anti-nausea meds to the pharmacy and avoid a trip in the car with a toddler who was throwing up. I normally would give a 5 star but moving it to 1 star because I made an appointment for my daughter for having a lump on her neck (appointment was at 3:30pm to avoid her missing school.) and when I got my daughter out of school the lump was gone so I canceled (3:00pm).
