When you’ve been laid up in the hospital after a c-section along with a spinal headache after calling 10x + waiting 10+minutes the majority of them calls, with NO answer. It’s a bit ridiculous. I’m quite literally trying to schedule an appointment for my children to keep check on their well being. You wouldn’t think my call would be hard to answer. I’m trying to SCHEDULE an appointment. I called and left a message for a nurse because my son had thrown up. It was a Friday morning at 8:21am. I know sometimes they get busy and call after regular hours so I was patient and waited to hear back. He didn’t have a temperature or anything so I needed to know if we needed to bring him in or if they could send some anti-nausea meds to the pharmacy and avoid a trip in the car with a toddler who was throwing up. I normally would give a 5 star but moving it to 1 star because I made an appointment for my daughter for having a lump on her neck (appointment was at 3:30pm to avoid her missing school.) and when I got my daughter out of school the lump was gone so I canceled (3:00pm). I love hmg pediatrics Dr Wright is amazing and she always makes sure we know we’re doing great she listens to each and every concern we have about anything she’s been our sons pediatrician for 2 years now and now our daughters highly recommend her to everyone looking for a pediatrician.

3 stars because I LOVE Dr Stephen’s. Not 5 stars because when I took my daughter to the lab in the pediatrics office, the two nurses DID NOT know what they were doing. They left the tourniquet on the whole time. They could not find her vein (she is almost 2 and very small arms) and the nurse was moving the needle around in her arm instead of taking it out and looking for the vein. That was the HARDEST Dr visit we have ever had. And I will never ever let them do blood work there again.
