The customer service from Ceri was second to none, and she accommodated all my requests throughout the process. My handmade ring is so beautiful and I love it so much! An exceptional service, with a very rare and personal service. This family run business created and discovered something so precious within my family history, that we didn't know existed. i will be forever grateful to be able to continue to pass down a precious gift, tradition, that dates back to the 1840's. Without Hirsh, i wouldn't have even know about it. Thank you.

Family jewelers who treat you like one of their own. Hirsh London took such amazing care of my husband and I throughout his wedding band journey. They worked with me to create the perfect design inside and out of the ring, they kept in constant communication with me, and then when the ring needed some adjustments, they were patient and kind enough to make sure we were happy. I cannot recommend them enough - they have earned their reputation for quality and stellar customer service.
