Provider has been awesome to work with our infant - two year old. Has always followed up when he had to go to ER/ Urgent care and the online portal gets a response within minutes or hours of putting in a request. Rooms are themed to help calm children and they have clinics to help with flu/RSV/COVID shot supply.
Dr. Hirsch has seen my children since we moved to the area in 2008. From the first visit, he was thorough in reviewing my children's previous medical history and care and has followed up consistently since. He is great with my children, now teenagers, and provides a level and quality of care that is unusual in the area.
Good with young kids. With pre-teens/teens he's less effective. He encourages disrespect of parental authority & guidance, sayings things like "Let's kick your mom/dad out of the room". He's reluctant to ask kids to control their weight til they develop a weight problem. Toward a kid he's so obsequious, he fails to convey that he's giving doctor's orders that the child should follow. His issues with authority impede his effectiveness caring for his patients.
