I had given numerous points of contacts phone and emails (both UK & USA) for a UK/US contract employer company, which they failed to reach and confirm. I worked in the U.K. as a remote consultant. I have now uploaded numerous invoices and a copy of the company emails dating back to 2020 and hope this is the end of the kerfuffel. The initial background check GUI system is very fiddly. Take time to enter and call customer services or your HR person if you make mistakes
A terrible organisation given their role. I have sent contracts as requested (with the Employers heading saying 'Contract'), and they claim it is not sufficient - and not a small employer either, asked for things I sent 10 days ago, and do not return calls. Please do not pay these clowns to perform background checks because they are so incompetent it is likely their vetting is of a very low quality.
A complete nightmare. Should I really do the job they are supposed to do? Horrible experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
