I love my apartment at Eagles Landing. It's HUGE, has a W/D in unit, and it super clean and new looking. Hip has been great throughout my whole rental process, from showing to living here, and now as I move out. They're especially good at working with college students! The maintenance staff is helpful, and quick. They do tons of preventative stuff, and they're even re-siding the complex right now. Park ridge apartments are great apartments for the price. All the staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 2 days for response to maintenance calls, and there haven't been many of those in the last 3 years. Highly recommended.
