The property is well kept. The service is prompt. If we have any concerns, they are addressed immediately. We have enjoyed our temporary stay with HIP!

I have lived with HIP for 6 years now..I was at Park Ridge and now Mystic Pines...I have had no problems with them and I love my apartment!! They are very reasonably priced!! I would recommend them to anyone :)
While the apartments are nice, HIP will rip you off entirely when it comes to your deposit. I do not recommend them at all. I spent hours cleaning my apartment and they took out way too much $$ and charged me for the water bill twice. They are greedy.
