Not telling residents that the company's drop box was broken into and stolen from is pretty scummy. Charging late fees on the payments that didn't get made because of it is even scummier. Do your jobs, be better.

I have lived at a HIP property for almost two years, I love the apartments and the area that they are in. Maintenance isn’t always the greatest we have been having trouble with our Electric grill and have called over 5 times about it and it’s been months and still no one has came to fix it.. we were looking forward to summer and being able to grill and we couldn’t even do that. Other than that, there are no other problems
