As of today I know for sure that people have moved out of our complex and HIP has yet to offer us a garage that we was on a waiting list for. Also if you plan on living around hanneman drive be prepared to have you car broken into as they do not have any security/protection on their property. As a final note they allow pets in in their apartments if you claimed them to be service animals which is discouraging to actual tenets who honestly want to own a pet as they can evict your from your home.
I highly don’t recommend this company to anyone . The maintenance is super sucks . It takes forever until they resolve your issue . The management don’t care about the tenants at all and never respect their feeling . Most of the residents in my neighborhood have the same issues with them . So for example, my dryer is broken now since last couple weeks , they said we will order a part and will fixed for you ,and it has been over weeks they keep saying we ordered the part but it is not here yet and I’m sure it would take coupl... read more

Hello, I apologize that you are unhappy. We have ordered the part, with COVID 19 there are a lot of things back ordered. If we even have to buy new dryers for instances they are 8 weeks out. Again, I apologize and some things do take time and are out of our hands. If you would like to call your property manager you can as she has not heard from you about this issue. I lived in a different city and they made it hassle free quick and easy even during these uncertain times. They rock!
I was able to get a nice apartment in no time. It was simple and fast. The service is great and am very happy with my new home.
We just moved into a new complex in May and so far everything that has needed addressed has been taken care of in a timely manner and with a smile. The maintenance guys are all very professional and know their stuff. Keep it up!

we don't have functioning appliances. bad esthetics. put into an apartment completely different from what we were shown. closet doors broken. paint chips. rust on stove. microwave hasn't been cleaned in years. slow maintenance, even in emergencies
We moved in to our apartment in early May and have had no problems! When something needs fixed they come within a timely manner and everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend them!

I’ve only been in one of their rentals for 3 months now I did have some upsetting parts as I moved in but they got them fixed ASAP.
