I love this hotel. The views are unbeatable, great restaurants and wonderful staff. The rooms are nice and clean and an overall excellent experience!

Fabulous service and attention to detail. Great place to hold a corporate retreat or study conference. The food was fresh and hot .The desserts were even better. Really liked the remodeling. Hotel and surrounding resort was beautiful. Thank you service staff.

Have stayed here a few times. Most recent was last night, New Years Eve 2016. With the exception of valet and housekeeping, most staff here, especially those at the front desk, possess an unbecoming air of arrogance. Not sure why. Anyway, I won't bore you with details, but, if at all possible, when checking in/out, avoid an older woman, with blondish hair and glasses, who, I believe, goes by the name of Trish. Food is way too expensive but otherwise it was fine.the staff was great.. rooms were clean No problems here
