Everything is nice except for the room. I think the room is a little bit small.

Worst wifi ever. Too many guest not enough help. My room that had been reserved for weeks wasn't the one I wanted. Had to move the next day. I won't stay here again!

Not a good experience this year for our annual conference. Desk clerks were rude and not very competent The room that I had reserved for 3 months was not honored. Asked me initially to move twice in a 5 night stay. Settled on a double instead of king room although it was beach front and I paid for view. Obviously they weren't prepared for a full house over the weekend which was probably due to those affected by hurricane Matthew. We wanted King bed, have 2 standard �, they are way to soft an do not have any support. Parking is real tight, unless you pay $25 a day for Valets. The property is Beautiful. Great Beach �. The pool is great! The people that run the pool restaurant were rude! But a week away is great!

We are having a fantastic time. Our room is exceptional with full view of the Gulf in the living room and bedroom. Bathrooms are a little small but the rest of the space is soooo large. Check in went great, small line. Restaurants were good, would love if there was a small food court closer where you could get some lower priced food. Friendly staff, beautiful pools, the ocean front beach is insanely beautiful. We love it and never want to leave.

I always love it here. Beach umbrellas a bit too close. But still a wonderful place to stay.

Room and view was awesome! This was our first time staying here and we are already planning our trip back with our boys. Good on sight food options. Breakfast was excellent. Only suggestion is more bar food options.... chips, salsa, cheese dip, sliders or something like that would have been great for hanging out in the evenings there at the bar inside.
