My best friend and I had the BEST Girls' Weekend (Aka - Moms' Weekend Off) we could have imagined. I booked through a third party, and our reservation was lost. Trish, Matt, and the rest of the staff were more than accommodating. They bumped our room to a suite, on a higher level with the perfect sunset view, and honored the original booking price. Stay and facility was great. Got to check out and find that I have a $198.00 bill. Person at front desk looked at it and said it would not be billed to me even gave me a statement. I check bank card and charge is on there. I speak with Justin Koch in accounting he tell me secretary that I signed receipt and he would send email. He sent me receipt and it is not my signature.
