Location is great. Check in is at 4 p.m. but you can enjoy the faciliries as soon as you arrive. Nice and friendly staff. But, most important the beds and bathrooms are clean. Also the valet parking is worth every penny the guys will get your car fast, and as many times as you need.

My massage was booked incorrectly. They did give me a discount for the issues. It was the worst massage I've ever had. I would not recommend.

Beautiful, luxurious, safe and 4 miles of clean private beaches. The resort is right on the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from, nice indoor and outdoor pools. The staff is friendly and courteous. Awesome and family friendly. The spa retreat is fabulous for those who just want to pamper themselves while the kiddos are having fun in the sun
My son and I actually arrived very early, and were wonderfully surprised might be able to check in. Vicky at the front desk was patient and helpful and truly a blessing to this tired mom. We had a little problem with the room which I thought might mean having to switch which, as you know can be exhausting once you've already unpacked. But David from engineering, came in and had everything fixed in minutes the room is perfect! He even helped us look up 30 devices onto the Wi-Fi!
