I thoroughly enjoyed all the accommodations! The restaurants are overpriced as expected on a resort, but the beds were comfortable, the view from our room was exquisite, and the customer service was thoughtful! I would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Great bell staff. You can tell they are passionate about luggage.

The experience was above the line (excellent) Staff was courteous, kind & went out of their way to accommodate us. One minor problem at check out from the desk manager. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay! 😎👍

Beautiful gulf beach view. Clean room, accomodating staff, good food, etc. Beach setup service not so much. An extra fee is charged to use the hotel's umbrellas and chairs on the hotel's beachfront, when you're a resident!!

I liked the environment and the hotel was beautiful. But upon checking in went to the room to use the restroom n the toilet was clogged. We waited for it to go down and when it did proceeded to try to use it after the flush it clogged again n overflowed. So we had to go find a restroom to use outside the room. Then at 4am the air condition woke me up to a weird loud bubbling noise and proceeded to go on n off in 15 mins increments which was disrupting my sleep.
