Nathan was AMAAAZING!! We came in for our anniversary from Oklahoma and he was soooooo nice &!was upgraded to a ocean view 15th floor!! Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!! We slept with the balcony door open all night to hear the water. Soooo peaceful and relaxing!! Loved right on the beach too!!!!

My family brought me here for Mother's Day and I wish they had selected another resort. I'll never stay at another Hilton. Their beach entertainment staff is either racist or incompetent! After being set up with an umbrella and chairs, we were approached (out of the many others on the beach) by staff inquiring if we paid. Needless to say, we went to the desk to verify that we had in fact paid for the beach set up. I've never been so offended. Mother's Day ruined!
